Open hours are 8am to 3am. Both memberships include shared desks, monitors, a hardware workshop, and 4TB of local secure encrypted storage.
Limited financial assistance may be available as resources permit.
How admissions work
Capacity is limited, so membership is by application. We review applications as they come in; some move forward to a conversation over Google Meet about your work and what you're looking for.
If offered a place, you'll receive an invitation to create a member account, accept the membership terms, and pay through Stripe. Billing is monthly and can be managed from your account.
Private offices
Offices are separate from the open floor. Pricing is arranged directly and is not covered by the application form. Inquire in person or at mail@prototypesf.org.
Once arranged, you'll receive a member account to manage billing.
